Rightsyard ("we," "us") helps businesses that own records license them to companies that build AI. Rightsyard is owned by Cape Point Capital. To reach us, use the form on our home page.
What we collect
- What you type in our forms: your name, email, phone, business industry, years in business, whether you own your records, and the details you share about your records.
- Referral information: if a partner sent you, the referral code in the link.
- Basic technical data: the page you came from, and standard information your browser sends (like device type).
What we do NOT collect through this website
We do not ask you to upload your records here. We never ask for payment card details on this site.
How we use it
- To review whether your records may have value and contact you about it.
- To credit the partner who referred you.
- To keep our records and follow the law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (like hosting and email), and with possible buyers only after you agree in writing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us through the form on our home page. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights; we will honor them.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your review. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
